Welcome to Il Vino
Here at Il Vino we have always had a very simple goal - to provide our valued customers with a selection of outstanding wines from around the world, and now you can enjoy our entire selection of wines from our retail section, along with a selection of delicious charcuterie, cheeses and other lite bites in our wine bar.
The bar offers an inviting and informal setting to enjoy wine any time of day, be it a glass with a quick bit of lunch, a cheeky one on the way home from work or shopping, or a relaxing and more intimate atmosphere in the evening, and we've just been voted Best Bar in Essex in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2025!
To compliment the wines and champagnes we have a delicious selection of cheeses, charcuterie and vegetarian plates, as well as a variety of cicchetti for small bites.
We have 21 covers for table service, so reservations are recommended for the evenings - just give us a quick call on 020 8504 8799.

Our retail section offering 600+ outstanding wines from around the world has moved to the rear of the premises and is open throughout the whole day and evening and we would be delighted to discuss how we can help you - whether it's choosing a wine to enjoy at Il Vino, the perfect wine for any occasion, or finding a special gift.

Go Bottomless at our Summer Sunday Prosecco Brunches!
Summer is pretty much here, so what better way to start a leisurely Sunday afternoon than enjoying a wonderful Prosecco brunch at Il Vino?
Starting on 11th May we'll be holding a weekly Prosecco brunch for two hours every Sunday this summer from 12pm to 2pm.
We'll be serving bottomless Prosecco all the way through (either Brut or Rosé from the excellent Santa Margherita vineyards in Veneto), accompanied by a selection of delicious assorted cheeses, charcuterie, olives, pickles and breads.
You can also enjoy a delicious Mimosa (Prosecco & Orange) or Bellini (Prosecco & Peach), or any of our Prosecco Spritz's (Aperol, Limoncello, Hugo or Venetian)
As most customers are aware, we have a maximum of 24 covers in the bar, so booking is advised for these events.

Wine Tasting Events
If you've ever wanted to learn more about different styles of wine from the experts and discover new and exciting wines from around the world in a relaxing and informal way, come along to our series of wine tasting evenings.
We'll introduce you to some outstanding wines from around the world, explaining about each one in a sociable, friendly, non-technical manner (but feel free to ask whatever questions you like!)

As usual, tastings will be at 7.30pm on a Wednesday and we'll serve a welcome glass of bubbles on arrival and a selection of delicious charcuterie, cheeses, olives and breads to accompany the wines.
